Membership Includes:

Precise Tune up & Professional Cleaning            

ü      Clean, level and fine tune Thermostat

ü      Wash evaporator coil seasonally as needed, if readily accessible.

ü      Remove and wash blower if necessary

ü      Clean condenser coil seasonally as needed if accessible.

ü      Wash or replaced air filter(s)                (Filters are not included in package price)

ü      Inspect and Lubricate all mechanical parts

ü      Test all motors, starting capacitors, run capacitors and potential relays.

ü      Inspect and adjust all safety controls devices

ü      Inspect and adjust all belts and pulley’s

ü      Test, secure and tighten electrical connections and wiring.

ü      Inspect Heat Exchanger(s), flue assemblies, burners and draft diverters seasonally.

ü      Clean Heat Exchanger(s), flue assemblies, burners and draft diverters as needed.

ü      Clean pilot assembly and test flame sensor

ü      Vacuum/ clean the combustion, flue, return and blower compartments.

ü      Tape leaking joints around coil and plenum.

ü      Activate and test cooling or heating system

ü      Test and record all temperatures and pressures and take all measurements.

ü      Test for poisonous, deadly carbon monoxide in the heating season.

ü      Test for gas leaks at furnace connections.

Performance Checks

ü        Wash or replace air filters                     (Filters are not included in package price)

ü        Inspect and adjust all belts and pulley’s

ü        Check Heat Exchanger(s), flue assemblies, burners and draft diverters seasonally.

ü        Test for Carbon Monoxide gas and poisonous gases in the heating season

ü        Test, measure and record operating temperatures and pressures.

ü        Clean pilot assembly and test flame

ü        Test for gas leaks at furnace connection
