Dear New Homeowner,

     We, at Carroll Plumbing Corp., would like to welcome you to your new home and possibly to the Midland area.  Just in case you have yet met one of our service professionals, please allow us to introduce ourselves and inform you of the services we provide.  Carroll Plumbing, along with your home Builder, has strived to provide all of our customers with a “quality” product and the top-notch service that you deserve.  We have been servicing the Permian Basin area since 1981 and are still going strong.  We provide a full range of services, which include Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning, Water Softeners and Reverse Osmosis (R/O) drinking water systems. We would like to take a moment to touch base on each of our service areas.

     The plumbing in your new home was designed for years of trouble free service.  The warranties on all of your plumbing fixtures vary, depending on brand and components.  We recommend periodic flushing of each water heater and replacing your Anodes to insure a maximum life span.

                 “HAVE YOU CHANGED YOUR FILTERS YET?”  We highly recommend changing your air filters every 30 day’s to properly maintain your HVAC system.  Your HVAC (Heating and Air Conditioning) system also has variable manufacturer warranties depending on the components installed, which require maintenance to maximize efficiency of your system and longevity. Maintenance must be performed to satisfy all manufacturer warranties.  Please feel free to call and ask about our maintenance discount program for your system(s) today.  Please note that additional 10-year parts and labor warranties are available for your new system if purchased within one (1) year of the closing date on your new home.

      Are you interested in improving your indoor air quality?  Due to allergies and/ or asthma largely caused by simply being in the West Texas area, we also offer additional equipment and filters to aid in prevention of dust and pollens in your new home.

    Have you purchase or leased an R/O or Softener drinking system yet? If not, please contact our office for information on our Top of the line Water treatment equipment. Most homes are already plumbed for both of these services, which save in future costs of retrofitting.  If you are not interested in purchasing an R/O or softener system at this time, we do offer a low cost leasing plan that includes all maintenances needed to maintain proper service. If you have already purchased a drinking water system, please contact our office to schedule regular service and filter changes to keep your drinking water top quality.

    We at Carroll Plumbing strive to provide quality components, but as you are aware mechanical devices sometimes have problems.  Manufacture labor allowances allotted to Carroll Plumbing must be handled before the year expires so please call with any problems concerning fixtures and equipment within (1) one year of your closing date.  Parts warranties on many components are longer than one year as stated earlier.
